🚿 Return Policy by Product Category

1. Stainless Steel Sinks

  • Must be inspected before installation.
  • Once installed or altered (e.g. drilling or cutting), the product cannot be returned unless it is faulty.
  • Surface rust caused by external factors is not considered a product fault.

2. Faucets / Tapware

  • Please check for missing or damaged parts upon opening.
  • Installed taps can only be returned or exchanged if they are faulty.
  • Damage caused by over-tightening or incorrect installation is not covered.

3. Bathroom Vanities

  • Check for visible damage before installation or assembly.
  • Returns are not accepted once the vanity is assembled or modified, unless defective.
  • Water damage due to poor sealing or excessive humidity is not considered a fault.

❌ What Is Not Considered a Quality Issue

To avoid misunderstandings, please note that the following issues are not covered by our return or warranty policy:

  • Surface rust from external contamination (e.g. metal dust, wire wool particles, or construction debris). These can usually be cleaned off.
  • Use of harsh or corrosive cleaning agents (e.g. strong acids or bleach that damage stainless steel or plated surfaces).
  • Prolonged exposure to standing water, grease, or excessive humidity—especially in coastal or high-moisture environments, which can cause surface rust or swelling.
  • Improper installation—includes over-tightening, uneven wall mounting, lack of sealing, or unsupported basin placement.
  • Incorrect installation of bathroom vanities—such as uneven walls, damp flooring, poor anchoring, or no silicone sealing resulting in warping or damage.
  • Water damage due to lack of sealing—e.g. exposed edges not sealed with silicone, allowing water ingress.
  • Minor surface imperfections or natural material variation—e.g. slight color differences, wood grains, or surface textures that do not affect product performance.
